okay, I know no one asks for my 2 cents but I'll give it anyway. My dad used to own baby raccoons and he loves the creatures to this day, he too played with them like this because, seeing as how they're so young and one day will need to be released into the wild, they need to learn how to react to certain things. This is no different then playing tug of war with a dog's bone. The fish is dead, the raccoon is playing. Calm down. I'm just sad we can't have raccoons as pets in my state. :(
