Continuing a progression of weighted pullups. Started with 5x5 with 45 lbs. added, then did 4x4 with 55 lbs. added. Today's plan was 3x3 with 65 lbs. added which I did not achieve so I'll stick with this weight until I can complete 3x3.

I do not participate in competitions, just training for myself, the videos are for reviewing. My goel is good technique. The learning is fascinating!
