OMG OMG!!! Iv'e been waiting for so long to see her in a new movie or tv series. But nothing can beat Gilmore Girls. :)

i hate how everyone is saying this boring.i dont think it is at all.its about real life and its trying to relate to other families out there and i think its great.its cute and i love itt.

I lovew gilmoe girls but this new serial is good too and OI think tahat sooner will be one of my fawourite serial !!! Louren is awsome!!!

I love Lauren Graham, but this is one boring show.

the one thing i love about this show is that you can focuse on many different familys and thats what makes it an awesome show each week!

Maura's great and I hope she's better by now, but I love Lauren in that role :D Definitely a great, smart show. I abosolutely LOVE it!

I wouldn't say that luck was involved, it was a very sad event that prevented Maura from doing this role, but Lauren clearly had what they were looking for and stepped in.

@mudhead24 It's not supposed to be like the movie, or pick up from the movie. They have said that several times before.

Yayyy Lauren finally has her show! I know NBC has always loved her :)
Didn't they advertise this show in like aug/sep? But I don't remember lauren being in it. Though Maura Tierney (from ER) was in those previews...did they recast?

Maura couldn't be in the show due to cancer, so Lauren took the role for her. They had to reshoot the pilot, edit the site, and redo some promos so Lauren could be in them. It's really sad about Maura, and I pray that she gets well but I am also excited about Lauren being in a new series (: Haha NBC does seem to be Lauren fans!!! :) She had a show on there back before Gilmore Girls but it got canceled after about 5 episodes.
