i used a complete system of a suzuki gsx-r1100 oil cooler(model 1988-19900

OK. I assume You mean the muffler is from an "oil cooled" GSXR. Did you replace more parts of the GSXG with parts of GSXR? Because here in Argentina I had problems to find exhaust valves for my G. These are of 85mm and here is full of parts of GSXR which have same diam but 87mm lenght. Did you also replace the complete cilinders head (with valves) and it fitted? many thanks

i just bolted on het exaust. this fits.

i used the original cylinderhead.

in my country a original exhaust system was also hard to get. did you tryed valves from a suzuki BANDIT (GSF)

Ik ben hard op zoek naar een werkplaats handboek maar vooral naar een bedradingsschema van deze motor.

Bij het zoeken op 't Motor Forum kwam ik je topic over deze motor tegen en daarbij dit filmpje. Toevallig ;)

ideaal voor een buggy trekt je overal doorheen.

Jaa zelfbouw projectje. Geen motor maar een off-road buggy dat met dit blok gemotoriseerd gaat worden.

Het blok komt ook van 't motor-forum. Hier had ik een topic geopend om zo een mooi blok te vinden, cardan was vereist.

Dit is ideaal blok denk ik zo!

Bij mijn video's zie je het kale frame dat ik al gemaakt heb waar hij in zal komen.

Ik heb zojuist een 1100G uit '92 gekocht met schade om het blok over te bouwen in een zelfbouw project. Deze heeft iets van een jaar stil gestaan.
