Our new place is wonderful, we are integrating into the community here quite nicely, everybody here has been so kind and accepting.

The weather is beautiful and mild, and everyday when I look at the mountains from my doorstep, I think how lucky I am to have the opportunity to live here.

@C0C0nutFace I think you are confusing desire and envy. I can desire to have something but not be envious of others who do. The first of your statement was true, Buddhist do yearn to experience Nirvana as the Buddha did. The part that you added (they envy him) is false. The definition of envy is a feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's advantages, success, possessions, etc. I don't think there are many Buddhists who feel discontent for the Buddha.
