The Railway Washout clip that you see has occured in Stackpool, Ontario, Canada. For those of you who know Canada, it is in the Province of Ontario, about 600 km NW of Toronto, and 200 km NW of Sudbury.
Apparently, the clay underneath the railway is typical Canadian sensitive clay, similar to the famous Leda (or Champlain) clay. Once more information comes out, I will keep you posted.
