I think this video was excellent, he took his time and explained every thing very well. This was the easiest and the best video on transferring cassette's I came across. Thanks Dave.

Dave, I purchased the Grace Digital Audio Tape2USB Device with the Audacity Software. It took me over an hour to figure it all out. I finally got everything to work fine, however when I play the recording I made from the cassette it picks up all the background noise, like the tv, me breathing, the phone ringing, anything and the recording is too loud....Do you have any suggestions?

thank you for helping me save at least an hour of my time.

Help! I have a standard boombox w/both cd and cassette player. I don't see a headphone jack but I do see a 'Aux In' is that the same thing? Also, if I can't use it, then can I plug the jack from the microphone of my computer to the headset in a regular cassette walkman? I can't find the mic. on my Gateway either.

Aux Jack will not work. I think you're out of luck. You need a boombox with headphone jack.
