Hi sir, here is my Commercial Electric Griddle Adcraft GRID-30 208V
when I bought it I didn't have the wall outlet to fit my griddle cord so I
cut it off and replace the 15 am head to it and when I cook, the surface is
not too hot enough. do you think it matters? they said wait 15 minutes and I did
that but when cooking, it takes so long because it 's not so hot even I turn to all
the way high. is you griddle gas or electric? how many watt. Thank you!
