Polypack, Inc. Clearprint Shrink Wrap Machine

Polypack's newly upgraded CLEARPRINT wrapper can run both clear and printed film for multipacks with a quick and easy changeover. Polypack, Inc. has re-invented print registration shrink wrappers that can run both clear and printed film, and added the optionss of integrated handles and nested bundling.

Built-in Handle (patent pending)

• No secondary equipment needed. Saves you material costs and workspace.
• No expensive handle consumables.
• Handle is hidden until used. No chance of it tearing off during stacking or usage.

A fully integrated handle, not attached in a secondary operation, is applied internally to the wrap. The handle is not visible until the consumer pushes through the perforation and pulls up on the handle. The handle is a (125 micron) narrow strip of film that is run in line with the film on the machine and wraps at the same time. It fuses to the shrink pack and therefore the load is transferred to the film and bundle. Works with clear or color film. We've successfully tested the handle on a 30 pack of canned beer and a 32 pack of 500ml water bottles.

The Nested Bundle (patent pending)

Round cans and bottles want to nest during the wrap/shrink process. This is one of the reasons trays or pads are used, to keep the columns/rows in line. By allowing the cans/bottles to nest into a predetermined geometric shape, the end result is a super dense pack, very strong, such that you can eliminate the need for trays or pads. HUGE Savings!!!

Nested packs of 18 cans/bottles and higher fit within 1% of bundle size to traditional bundles. They appear to palletize exactly the same. The nested bundle won't impact palletizing and space consumption on the shelves. It has a unique and eye catching look
