You don't need to speak czech to get the absurdity of the situation this (real) news-report is all about. This mess happened to me and two friends on our trip to Prague in Sept. 2011...

In Prague we were about to join the very first KinoPraha KinoKabaret (a Film-Making-Event). As you can imagine, our first day didn't go as expected. Luckily after hours of interrogation at the police station it had a good ending...

What happened? One evening in Breclav Tomas and I met with Katarina from Bratislava (maybe some remember her from "Spywag" back in 2010) at the train-station. We were on our way from Vienna to Prague by car and Katarina joined us in Breclav, carrying a lot of bags. However in the car, she suddenly realized that she was missing her Back-Bag. Of course we checked options where it could be. We asked around at the train-station. Up to this point Katarina's main problem was, that she had almost all her money in this bag. Later the real problem turned out to be something else...

Hours later it turned out... she had left the back-bag in the train - which had it's last stop in Prague. Usually no big deal, right? Unfortunately the fake-bomb she had in her back-bag made this situation really complicated. I must add, that Katarina had tried to tell the guys from the trainstation about this "surprise" in her back-bag. Only it seems like this communication didn't really succeed or at this point it was already too late for this info, no idea...

What was the fake bomb for? SPYWAG - INTERACTIVE MOVIE (not finished yet! - you can see footage from this movie in the news-report - should be ready DECEMBER(JANUARY 2011). Weeks ago right after shooting, Katarina had borrowed the "bomb" from my movie, cause she thought that maybe she could use it for some other movie-project. Honestly I'd never thought ANYONE would take it seriously at all. It was the easiest-to-build-bomb I could think of...but see for yourself...

What happened to the "bomb"? It's still with the czech police. Experts have been checking it out for a couple of weeks (though basically it's made of play-doh plasticine).

Pay a lot attention when carrying a fake-bomb in your back-bag... never forget it ;))).
