Players/Game Schedules
Taken from the NFL Rule Book:
* Teams must field a minimum of four players at all times.
* Teams consist of 7 to 10 players -- five players on the field.

An NFL Flag Team can have up to 10 kids. This allows for 50% playing time for all participants. The 7 person team in an NFL Flag League is a minimum for a team, not a maximum.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that in NFL Flag, you were only allowed two players on the bench (for seven total) if one was a girl, and she came on the field to play in both halves. Please let me know because I'm looking to start a league in my community.
