Police open fire and kill charging suspect

In this video however the offender is killed while trying to run over some officers.

The offender's family took the case to court where the case was thrown out. I agree with that decision.

Why someone would try this hard to get away is beyond me.

I would have fired sooner, he back into the one officer's car while he was getting out and could have killed him! He would have ran down these officer's if he could, why didn't he stop!

How was this a wrong thing to do are you kidding? he was charging the officer in 1:29 and if they didnt shoot that officer would have been killed and they would have been shooting anyways, 100% reasonable and acceptable

I love the usual responses by people. "Shoot the tires." "Why not shoot to wound?" "He didn't go near any of them." Guy is a criminal on the run, refused to stop, and on several instances at the end came close to hitting an officer with a car. Even at 5 mph getting pinned between two cars or run over can do physical harm or kill you. Kudos to the officers. They gave him PLENTY of time and chances to stop and the guy didn't care at all. Would have shot him myself.

Oh my god theres so many cases of police being excessive and this is NOT one of them, ive seen a vid of a teenager getting shot in the head when he was cuffed on the ground and a female officer beating a man round his head for about 4 minutes when he was just shouting please stop and not resisting. The police here looked in real danger the man chose not to stop and could have killed someone. For once im on the police's side

30 rounds at that range, someone needs to go back and re-train. Like the A team, empty the mag and nobody gets hit.
