- One of the most Versatile Distortion/Overdrive pedals ever...This is a 3 in 1 Deal...This is basically the "Dirty Trick", "Miss Nasty", & "Nasty Trick", which is the combination of the "Dirty Trick" & "Miss Nasty" connected in Parallel, rather than in Series...In other words, if they were 2 separate pedals connected in Series, 1 Distortion would be before the other, pre-amplifying the signal into the next, and if they are both ON at Hi-Gain settings, it would get a bit overwhelming and cause all kinds of unwanted noise & feedback, therefore it wouldn't be very usable...When 2 Distortions are connected in Parallel, it's like having 2 Pre-amps in Parallel, which does not increase the amount of Distortion as happens when 2 Distortions or Pre-amps are strung in Series, rather the tone of the Distortion changes with a greater variety of harmonic content since each pre-amp or distortion is able to send its own signature sound to the amp without being "Bottlenecked" by a pre-amp placed before or after it...So it's like having 3 separate Distortion Circuits all in one compact pedal, they can be used individually or both together...This means your Distortion/Overdrive Tone can go from clear clean overdrive to Hi-Gain distortion and everything in between with Tube-like texture...This is the pedal to have if you're a Versatile player, and you want to be able to play Blues/Indie Rock or Modern/Heavy Metal Rock with Boutique quality all through one pedal....This is my most Versatile pedal yet...You get 3 very different Distortion/Overdrives in 1 convenient package...
