I hate to keep saying it, but I have the video slow-mo for the play you are refering to and Nebraska had posession of the ball with one foot inbounds. While going out of bounds (after already having the INT), the ball was stripped. Normally in the Big 12 when a ball is caught by the opposing team, it's called an interception.
