Many have asked me for a tutorial video of my "smoooth slider" so here it is. It's pretty straight forward, but shows you the basic construction and design.

  • Hey there. I'm in the UK and I'm trying to find the right bearings - because people do not sell them very much. I have found these - do you think they would work?

    Thanks!

    H!

Yes they should work, they look pretty much the same as my bearings. You could also use bearings with ABEC 9, they roll a lot and are smooth.

  • @AdmirSarajevo Hey!

What kind of PVC pipe are you using?!

    Thanks, Jonathan.

It's the type that you put electrical wires through, you should find them in a hardwarestore..

  • Hello, could you please make a list of the parts that are needed for the build? I really think that this is a good idea for a cheap DSLR slider.
