@Shikadarku No if wind is cold enough it can cool the water in the air to freezing point, that's not the same as your "if wind is cold it can produce ice" thing. I believe it is you who needs to do chemistry research.

@jcoonie2 You say that however we are just talking about the power over wind itself, not the environmental effects. Like if there wasn't water in the air, which I obviously know there is, then the wind is just that, wind.

@Ash91093 if your getting that technical theres technically water vapor just about anywhere.....however in the show when he uses wind to cut objects or block so its either to slow or to fast to produce ice. And even then he cant really form ice just lightly freezer burn stuff lol
