  • I can do both riffs 1 and 2 with my left hand, and I can do the rhytm part with the right hand separate, but when I try to put them together I just can't do it, no way... :(

    What should I do?

  • I know that's super frustrating. Sometimes I have to slow things down to the point where it's not even musical - get your hands to make the motions at that speed and slowly bring it up.

  • I find this series of piano lessons very helpful to me. I have listened to many of them and would highly recommend them to all who are interested in learning the jazz basic.

  • still the best!

  • I like how you try your best to break down and explain it....it is ver yeffective and i hope you will keep it up and may God richly bless ur talent to help others

  • Ok, thank you... I'll try and i'll tell you if I can get it!

  • Thanks.....great lesson

  • Thanks once again....great lesson!

  • Well yeah i have a recent video posted called 'superman' i played it on my new piano, but i have other tunes yet to post which are, "Careless Whisper - George Michael, Love Story, and two version of Titanic - My heart will Go on, and maybe "summertime" the jazz classic, but i have trouble "jazzing" it up because i have no knowledge of jazz (think you can hlep me out?), but i listen to tons of it. lol my favourites jazz player is "art Tatum" he is incredible.

  • i remember - i'm so glad you're digging in to the keys. Got any music posted here on youtube?
