Long Journey Ahead

God has been wanting to teach me many things for a while now, and I'm finally opening up to those lessons.. and I've got a LOT to learn! I'm excited and nervous looking forward to see how I grow.

Con't...So happy that you have found a new Bible study (and that the message was pertinent!!). You talked about the feelings from your last church...have you per chance read the book "So You Don't Want To Go To Church Anymore?" I sped through it last week...worth every minute. I know you have a new place, but it really is worth the read or listen, I promise. The title throws a person off...it isn't what the book is like.

@TheAppieShow I haven't heard of that book. I'll have to look in to it. I'm excited/nervous to go back to the Bible study this week and get the book and dig deeper into forgiveness. It's something I need...which is why I'm nervous. Sometimes lessons are painful. But I can look forward to a positive end at least. :)

good for you dana. I have a friend that went on weight watchers and she lost a bunch of weight she does a bunch of 5ks now. I have been doing good on the diet and exercise I went off the wagon this week but time to get back on.

I'm not sure what I should say, but I want to say something to show support. Just know that you're doing much more for your family and for yourself than many people ever will by following your heart. I truly look forward to catching up with you and Tim because you both are showing me a different way to look at things that I'm really appreciative of.
