How to install a XMB menu on 3.40 OE also works on 3.03 OE-C.
1) Coldboot your psp (hold the power till the button stops blinking)
2) Turn it on and hold the R trigger
3) Goto Advanced
4) Toggle Flash0
5) Open My Computer and locate your PSP
6) Open your XMB you downloaded
7) Make sure the folder you open on the xmb the files go in the same folder on your psp.
