I too have the utmost respect for Paul Washer as well. And there's so many of his great sermons on YouTube now. I watched one the other day and highly recommend it ("The Depravity of Man - Paul Washer").

This man is out of his mind! If he actually read his bible then he would know that God desires obedience and not money. Sheesh! What is God gonna do with money? And NO, seek first the kingdom does not have anything to do with what this delusional man is saying. I feel bad for the folk who actually believe and follow him.

He forgot to mention that the tithe never consisted of money. He forgot to mention that the poor were not required to tithe. He forgot to mention that there were multiple tithes that averaged about 23% not 10%

@dalynthesk8r First of all, these big-wig, brand-name preachers (false prophets) are pre-occupied with the "tithe"! That is self-evident. AND I do believe in tithing/giving but I don't believe in the tactics these so-called-men-of-God use. They guilt, tell you have to and build up the hopes of people with empty promises just so they can cop the lolly. Remember what the Good Book say--"The Lord loveth a cheerful giver..."!
