Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart of Rush jam with Sheehan because geddy was running late. This is the first 10 minutes of the jam. I will post part 2 with the remaining 5 minutes soon.

  • @RallyCat909 Toto was a studio band, and they seem to be doing just fine by me

  • great!

  • man i wish i could have a chance to just jam with fucking gods

  • Interesting how it kind of sounds like Rush but kinda doesn't. Billy is clearly an awesome bass player, but Geddy has such a unique sounds. Just confirms that you can't replace any of them and still have that Rush sound/groove.

  • Just so everyone knows...this IS Billy with Alex and Neil jamming, with Billy playing Geddy's Wal for a soundcheck. Billy has this posted on his website so Im pretty sure he knows who he was playing with and with what bass.

  • @Rushifyer Yes and it never really worked. Sounded very flappy and thin on record. Jazz or Ric every time!

  • That's geddy's wal bass. no doubt about that

  • I've been looking for this for a while, and i was wondering if any of you friendly youtubers could help me find this piece of RUSH gold.
