It's time for another New Moon chapter-by-chapter recap right now.

Chapter 17 "Visitor"

Bella recognizes the beautiful creature in front of her - It's Alice! Bella flings herself towards Alice to hug her, and they move to the couch to relax as Bella breaks into tears of joy. Alice had rushed to the house, as Bella notices Alice is a bit hungry... She asks how Bella is still alive, referring to her jump. Apparently, Edward hadn't believed that she'd jump, imitating her brother by saying 'Bella promised.' Bella breaks in to tell Alice that she was cliff diving, not trying to commit suicide, even explaining that Jacob saved her. Alice is quite upset about something as she sniffs Bella, wondering who Bella was just fighting with outside. She decides to not lie, so Bella tells Alice that he's a werewolf... and she says that it explains the smell but not her WRONG vision of Bella dying ...

Today's Question is:

Even though Alice can see the future, why can't she envision Jacob or any of the other wolves?

I luv this chapter in the book cuz alice is lik my fav character!

alice cant see becuz she wuz neva a werewolf and 2 becuz she can only see humans and vampires and 3 becuz they r enimes LOL SMILE FACE :)

she cant see the werewolves because she has never been a werewolf. alice can only see humans and vampires because she has been a human before and she is a vampire right now. even when renesmee is born she cant see her because alice was never half human and half vampire

alice has limitations in her gift; and seeing werewolves is one of those limitations.

She can't see him because she was never a wolf, she can never see Bella's daughter because she was never one....she was human and is a vampire...that is what she see's, and the weather.

alice cant see them because they have 24 pairs of choromosomes, just like renesmee.

Its because she was never a wolf. And she can only see humans because she was one. Her human visions are blurry because she doesn;t have as strong a force coming from them.

Alice can't see wolves because she wasn't with the Cullens the first time they were in Forks and also because she was never a wolf her self.
