The back hand shift adds a great benefit to your club slinging. i use it daily to help me keep my shoulders sinews well lubricated. Follow Along with me as I use the back hand and the front hand shift to alternate between moves. If you have never done the back hand shift I recommend you use a light weight club (1 or 2 pounds). You can go up in weight as you increase your skills.

  • Would be nice to see the back shift from the rear. I can't really understand how you're making the transition. Thanks!

  • @jasongould This was not meant as a tutorial but rather a follow along. But I will show the the moves from the back and side in a future video. In the meantime just have fun with what you can already do. ZK

  • looks excellent for my shoulder problems. Thanks For all your workout videos! Gladiator training is on!

  • @knoxster2010 Hi Mike. Next time we meet I will show you some moves with a 1 lb club that will definitely help. Enjoy!

  • This movement looks interesting- the problem I am having is seeing the hand change- could you do another video of this from the reverse angle so we can see the hand off behind the back?

  • @shantinath1000 I actually did shoot it from the back. But it did not turn out. I will shoot it again so you can see what I am doing in the back. This one is for my students who already train with me and know the move.
