  • 'The Thin Blue Line' is a brilliant comedy series which deserves its place in UK comedy history. Based on Ben Elton's favourite sitcom 'Dad's Army' (the pompous man, the stupid boy, etc) it is notable that the first ever shot features Inspector Fowler coming out of a shop called 'Mainwaring's' which I believe was done deliberately.

  • @DaystarDragon Didn't the actress join 'The Bill'?! I suppose this was good training!

  • Rudibongo think before you type something, cuz you don't know anything about Islam, so shut your damp mouth!! cuz you are making false and bias accusations!!!

  • @MythOfEchelon he's a tight-arse

  • Grim is a legend.. Wanna nick someone who's balls have dropped

  • Why does Fowler not like referring to women as women? :S

  • lol Grimm is begging for crime.lmao

  • When I see Rowan Atkinson I think Blackadder and Not The Nine 0'Clock News. The greatest sit com and the greatest sketch show of all time.

  • i love mr bean or rowan atkinson both such a great character... in movie or in real life..

  • @scousebornandbred And so much of it better than Mr Bean too, I think! Mr Bean is - of course - a classic. But I think I would have to say I prefer his role as Blackadder, it's far more witty and hilarious in my opinion. You can't just think of Bean when you see Rowan, I'd find it impossible XD

  • "just once in a while i'd like to nick someone whose balls have dropped!"

    xD grim ur the best!!!
