  • Can't wait! P.S. Audio drops after the 15 minute mark.

  • just like the ridiculous GUTHRIE THEATRE that minnesotans paid for that 98% of them will never attend, including myself, and will never pay for itself and always be a waste of money, and you talk of waste of tax dollars? Even if you never attend a game, this facility in less than 10 years time will pay for itself, among the out state revenue it will bring. It's smart, 'nuff said.

  • Hey, Alan Miller! He was my screenwriting teacher @ MCTC. Good guy and a good teacher.

  • @drtbike987 indoor baseball isnt baseball...

  • What about Kirby Puckett Field?

  • gonna miss the Metrodome..

  • Please. Building a stadium with a roof? Oh,wait. It'll be cold,too-better heat it,as well. Why not stay in the dome? I've been to Miller Park, and even with the roof open,no way is that outdoor baseball. Give me a few rough days a year. Seems as though the Twins survived 20 years of outdoor baseball at the Met in Bloomington, and that place was out on the prairie, not in the downtown "heat island."

  • I sure hope Alan doesnt wear that dated suit to the first games, geeez i have a sofa in the garage that looks just like his tie hahahahaha.

  • Yeah, I thought it was pretty stupid that they didn't build a park that has, or can be retrofitted to have, a roof.

  • Wrong Kevin Smith :D j/k

That's a great ballpark the Twins are getting. It's really about time they finally got one. Except for the one thing that's missing: The roof.

I hate the way Kevin dodged the host's remark about "outdoor baseball in April". Real slick there, Smith. Guess we won't get any real answer now. But is there really gonna be an answer come 2010 when games are getting SNOWED-out?
