How to make a lucky star (origami)

Hello,

I'm only just learning how to do these, I've seen them all around China town in Sydney, restaurants and shops all have little bowls of them on the counter and they sell gift boxes where you use these as the packing material (although I don't know how long it would take to make that many!) and you can give them as little gifts.

Anyway, here is my attempt at a star.

Music is Master Blaster by Stevie Wonder because we went to see him on concert yesterday :)

im having trouble squeezing the corners to make a start shape, any suggestions?

Yeah you can see in the video I had a bit of trouble because I have no nails. If you try using something pointy. like the point of some scissors, you want to push really hard on one small spot and it will puff up, rather than like i've been doing and just squashing it with my lack of nails!

Thank you, did you use these at school or something? it sounded interesting!

I just cut up some glittery paper as long as it's about 1cm wide you can try it with most paper really.
