So I made the soup last night for dinner Laura..we loved it. The lemon zest gave it a nice flavor.

Suggestion to the lazy guys, like moi: make TONS of meatballs in one go and freeze the ones you don't need to use right away

@hugedownlow not italian but i am married to one i know this soup is not even close!! to the real thing lol above all it looks good and it's easy simple but it suits for the people who are on the go or dont have the ingredients for the soup cause some markets may or may carry the ingredients needed for the actual soup recipe cause some locations may vary i luckily don't have the problem but some do
