@georgelopezblows I concur. There are records of women working dating from Ancient Rome. Women always had the option to work if they wanted to. Peasant women in the Middle Ages worked alingside their husbands in the farm, unmarried working-class women in the 19th century would often work as seamstresses, washerwomen, inn tenders and such... It's a total myth that women never worked before the arrival of feminism. Women have ALWAYS worked.
