Great Job on that form have you been able to get back to training yet?
-
From someone who does know the form...that was a very good form, good power, precise, eyes always on the opponent, good pacing (flow). The few differences I see I attribute to differences in the styles of our schools, not to mis-presentation. There are a few of the hand techniques that in the video are performed slowly (clearly deliberate) where I'm am used to full speed. I especially like on many of the techniques that you pause, ever so slightly before moving onto the next technique.

Better flexibility than I'll ever have. Nice form.

@jaxytrixy ignore the negative comments they are probably green with envy< very well performed and a big well done from bonnie scotland. I hold a fifth degree myself and have 30 years training under my belt, once again well done , by the way you mention you were expecting a baby what did you have a boy or a girl ?

@tukero E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T! Just learn how to spell, jackass. Why try to discourage someone who is doing their best? I don't see your ass on here. She's got the guts to train and to post her performance. Kudos to her, and boo to you.

Thanks for sharing your video! I like your form!
Yes, thanks Tukero. I already know I'm overweight. Thanks for your advice. I bet you don't advise male martial artists the same.
At the time of this tournament, I was only back to TKD for 2 months after an 18 year hiatus. I had back surgery 2 years earlier and wasn't sure I could train again. I have since lost 40 lbs, but now newly married and 6 months prego, will have to do it over again. By the way, you can try training while pregnant. Not so easy.

Well, yes, I think I already know I'm overweight. Thanks. I bet you don't offer that advice to male martial artists.
