    1. HOLY AMAZING CAMERA EDITING BATMAN! SERIOUSLY, IF ANYONE IS READING THIS, PLEASE TREAT YOURSELF AND HEAD OVER TO SUZIBLUTUBE'S SIGHT. (I hardly ever encourage "clicking" and def never encourage CAPS, so you know her and her site is ridiculously inspiring).

  • You are probably too young to remember, but once upon a time on NPTV there was a program called Lilias Yoga. The book I have is copyrighted 1981. Back when I was running marathons & ultra's there was an invaluable routine from one of her books called the Moon Salutation. Complete lower body flexibility and strength, with control. As you are indicating, manipulating your own body weight is a great strength activity. The Moon Salute, right up there with the Sun Salute in the morning.

  • Hey Thanks!! The song is actually an original that I wrote, though the awesome lead guitar is played by a gentleman name Adam Parness.

    It was recorded about 8 years ago in my "other life" when I was working as a finance guy on wall street.

    I will try to dig you up a full copy of the song if you'd like?
