I was sitting in the 3rd row middle seat in front of the stage at the Pantages Theatre in L.A. and let me tell you the entire audience was mesmerized by Mr. Morris's voice. ( A COUNTRY SINGER, Ya'll) He nailed the role as Jean Valjean, and SHOULD have won a Tony, a Grammy and any other industry awards. He was superb...and he STILL is a great singer. I can't imagine anyone not liking Mr. Morris.. tsk tsk tsk...

@Jhobbs5546 The Complete Symphonic Recording IS my dream cast. :)
-
absolute shit of a lie, 90% of people would choose colm over joj
-
Garry Morris is in my opinion the "best" Jean Valjean.
-
@MultiRunescapeownz What on earth is 'prominants'? And I would've expected English seeing as he's singing in.....English. BTW Gary Morris is American
-
dear god, this Valjean is not good... there is also a prominants tinge of English in his voice.

No way gary morris is not that good at all! John Owen Jones is the best Jean Valjean, plus he has been voted number one of all time!
-
agreed :) even tho i thought the dream cast was outstanding!

the complete symphonic recording is in my opinion way better than the dream cast recording.. what do you think?
The voices for this symphonic version were well chosen. All the songs are wonderful, but especially Gary's renditions.

I was looking forward to performing this song at my school production....
but then I realized it cut the second verse. Now I'm just angry.
