@34601k, I work in Law Enforcement in WNY. I've worked in many districts and can tell you 1st hand that Petty Larceny has no color, Caucasians, Iraqi, Puerto Rican, it doesn't matter...If you judge a book by it's cover you'll eventually find yourself in some trouble. It's good to be on your P's and Q's, all I'm saying I've arrested an equal amount of Caucasians, if not more when it has come down to Petty Larceny.

@tempemonkey I have news for you they are not going to get rid of lobbyists, ever. "how would people understand who the good guys are to give their money to?" That doesn't make any sense, and assumes the gov. is filled with "good" people which is laughable. "the current system is not perfect" The system is broken, and immoral to the core which renders it unrecoverable.
