Macbeth Act 5 Scenes 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 for Ms. Reinheimer's IB 1 English first period class
Ben Kong, Chantel Humphrey, Margaret Dyachenko, Yelena Prokofyeva and Kevin Huang, Karols Ginting

Sorry for the mistake in the intro; Kevin played Macbeth, not Macduff. It was one of the mistakes I made from pulling 2 all nighters :(

Anyways, the edits used in the video were:
-Fade in/out transitions, to make all of the videos transition to the next video more smoothly

-Choppy, multiple different angles from the same scene to make it a lot more interesting and less boring; it's a lot better to see the scene in different angles than to just see it in one boring angle

-Coloring, In scene 1, a white flashlight was used, but I colored the scene red-orange so it looks more of a dungeon with torches, and in all of the scenes involving gibbon's park, I added more color to make the grass look greener, sunlight brighter, etc. to make it look more pretty :)

-Muzzle flares :D. Personally my favorite edit, I used the actions essentials pack, and also a couple of images off of Google, chroma keyed out the black background of a muzzle flare shot, and layered it over the video. Then, I keyframed it and made it move every time the guns moved. Took a lot of time, which was the main reason why I had to pull 2 all nighters for this video. I also changed the lighting everytime the guns shot, so there's more environmental interaction/looks more real. I know it sucks compared to movies, but hey, this was my first time incorporating muzzle flares into the video. I recommend watching tutorials, especially from a user called Freddiew2. The guy's a beast and his videos helped me a lot

-Props, we used fake BB guns, swords, flashlights, and suits, for obvious reasons. Fun fact: the sword I [Macduff] was using snapped in half when we were videotaping, so we taped it up/glued it. See if you can see the tape in the video :P

-Last and not least, sound. The lines were long, so it was very hard to memorize/say all our lines without messing up. That's where audio editing comes in; we recorded our lines and inserted them in the video when necessary. And example would be when Ben/the Doctor said "go to go to, you have known what you should have not" in the first scene, and when kevin [Macbeth] and I walked around from 8:42 - 9:34. That and I took out the bad sounds from the BB guns, and inserted real-sounding machine gun sounds.

Editing software used: Sony Vegas 8
