More extensive comments and discussions are possible on my webcomic and blog.

Local peaceful liberty activists are arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. The conduct in question? Simply standing or sitting quietly in a public court house lobby area. One person was just arrested for refusing to shut off a video camera. Most of the others arrested or given court summons for disorderly conduct were just sitting or standing in the lobby area witnessing events. They were ordered to leave, which was not a "lawful order" according to NH law because they weren't breaking any laws and weren't giving officers any reasonable suspicion that they were going to break any laws. This comes straight out of the criminal code for "disorderly conduct".

The only apparent reason I can come up with for us being ordered to leave is that they didn't want us using our free speech to bring attention to the blatant disregard for New Hampshire law that says cameras are allowed in court as part of the right to a speedy public trial. Justice cannot flourish behind closed doors.

There is also more information available, something of a narrative of the events from myself and others who were there from yesterdays archive of the nationally syndicated talk radio show, Free Talk Live.

The specific archive can be accessed here for a while before it's merged with the monthly archive.

  • start wearing shin gaurds, ear plugs, and the constitution. if you don't comply, you will be beaten either as a group or as an individual

  • Good video and interview. We need you to do more like this.

  • For the thugs, video and audio recording and watching them is disorderly conduct because from their perspective, vantage point and means of providing services at the barrel of a gun, it expose them for the frauds they perpetrate. They can't have people shinning the spot light on them while they initiate force, threat of force and fraud.

It certainly doesn't make their actions right or justifiable. It just is what it is -- disorder to their violent protection racket.

  • I am VERY glad you are covering this.

  • I suggest checking the forums at nhunderground.
