Shirataki Noodles (Konnyaku) are the super dupa wonder food pasta substitute.
They are virtually carb and calorie free as they are 97% WATER.
I did have a bit of trouble finding them. They are Japanese so the best place to find them is in a Japanese Supermarket.
The packet I bought was only $2.30.
If you love noodles or pasta then this is the perfect solution for you.

Thanks for watching Trav Out.

All music made in or from Garage Band.

  • eat fat and carbs because my brain needs it. and i only drink soda sometimes. besides things taste better if you don´t have it all the time, you know when you can look forward to them. good luck folks with your weight loss:)

  • i eat fat and carbs because my brain needs it. you can eat whatever you want if you eat when you´re hungry, and not between meals because you feel like it. and work out at least 3 times a week if you can. and yes i eat candy but not everyday. and i only drink soda sometimes. besides things taste better if you don´t have it all the time, you know when you can look forward to them. good luck folks with your weight loss:)
