Awesome video! As a mom of a young son I am truly scared for his future and what this screwed up adminstration is doing to his future. The government doesn't give a d#%&* about us, they aren't listening and I'm fed up about it. America needs to wake UP!!

Not that I think she's a politician mind you.

Yeah, that certainly looks like THAT Susan Swift alright. I don't agree with your political views but then again I don't agree with most politicians no matter the party.....scumbags and parasites all IMO.

Hey, she's the kid that was in the the 1977 movie "Audrey Rose" with Anthony Hopkins. It was about a girl that reincarnated. Anthony Hopkins played her previous father. It's definitely her.

@lyndilou0806 Sigh. The healthcare bill is horrible, but it's horrible because it's not socialized health care and doesn't even include a public option. It's really ironic how conservatives rage against the health care bill for all the wrong reasons (the right reason is that it's a worthless handout to the insurance companies).
FYI every other country with UHC/socialized care pays far less per capita on healthcare than the US. But at least we have our freedom to not have affordable healthcare!

@SS2762ab She isn't well informed. Obama hasn't done anything (unfortunately). The healthcare bill proposed doesn't even remotely resemble socialized healthcare. He hasn't raised taxes either, and even when/if he does the tax increases won't apply to the vast majority of Americans.
Of course, we *should* pursue socialized healthcare since it outperforms our own system is EVERY OTHER MODERN COUNTRY.
Being passionate about something doesn't mean anything if your passion is based on ignorance.

Handicap the insurance companies? You mean stop them from retroactively removing coverage when it suits them? You know, breaking a contract.
But regulation = COMMUNISM NAZI FASCISM though doesn't it?
But I guess funny props make up for lack of knowledge, right?
Glad I live in a country that offers good quality, free healthcare to its citizens.

She is not an extremist, she is a well informed, thoughtful and passionate person who has HAD ENOUGH. Why is it when someone has the 'nerve' to speak their mind and tell it like it is, with passion, clarity and truth, they are called an extremist? Like she said in one of the other videos that she was in, "This is not about me. It's about our way of life". She is speaking the same things that millions of us are saying around our kitchen tables morning and night. GOOOO Susan!!!
Brilliant....

Thanks...and to think it's still relevant as we head into the new year. I was hoping it would be a lost memory.

Well, Susan, lol, you're right; I did remove my post, because I had second thoughts about my angry tone.
I can't say I agree with you, but appreciate you responding back in a nice way...yes, civility is good...we can agree to disagree.
I'm not deaf to the argument that giving government too much control is bad...I just really despise the way insurance companies operate....pay & pay for insurance, get the rug pulled out from under you if you dare to make a claim. (not counting fraud.)

There is a lot of truth in what you say and I totally agree with your passionate concern about fair play! And I am so very glad that you and I understand eachother's positions. Together you and I and other Americans can fix anything -- the danger is in allowing elite bureaucrats to control the power without answering to us -- and that's the problem with the current healthcare biill -- it's not about health it's about POWER and securing vast sums of tax dollars. Whatcha think? : ) Susan

I can't help but believe this woman, or her husband, or son, or some other relative works for an insurance company.
I hope that's true, for otherwise the woman is insane.

Nope. No one here works for an insurance company. Husband works and I stay at home with little kids. Don't know why that makes me insane. Just because I am opposing government control over private business does not mean I am in lock step with insurance companies. I just don't like big government telling private people and companies what they must do. That's marxism, not capitalism.
