Hey, I knew I recognized that music. :D Ahhh, Spyro. Brings back memories. So nostalgic~ I still have no idea what that Riptoc-y voice says though...
On a more related note, I really like this pokemon. Especially the lava wings on the final evolution. :3

I paint them on photoshop. The brush that makes the outlines is a hard brush at size 3 or 4. Then I colour them all over with a big brush (any size really) then put shading on them with a fuzzy/soft brush. That can be any size too.
