If I were you, I'd fax an application to both organizations and see which one gives you an interview. It's very competitive to join though. You need experience. I think you need to have been to prison a minimum of 30 times within the last year alone. But give it a shot. You never know. Make sure you include a cover letter that's about a page or so. Of course type it double spaced. Neatness is important. List your references. All those you've shot in the past 9 years.
