maybe it's the mic but you're snare sound like a carton box; try to use less power on your hits so you can be more accurate and put everithing in a confortable place because you look really unconfortable with your kit...

Ah, that's a matter of trying to keep the angles between the drums smooth - the bass drums there, and the toms in a solid line, they have to be pretty high up. Conversely, I like the snare low. As such, to go from snare to tom easily, the angles have to be pretty steep. I much prefer it that way actually, but I doubt it's that good for the drum skins.
