its talking about a guy who is sad and thinking Allah swt wont forgive him or love him anymore because of the sins he has made, but the message is Allah swt IS THE MOST MERCIFUL and DOES FORGIVE always, and NEVER to assume otherwise, as long as we are sincere in our repentance :)

salaam. why hate yourself? even if you have sinned.. Allah swt's doors are always open and HE is the most merciful-that is the beauty of islam. if Allah swt does not hate us, why should you hate yourself. :)
