Excellent, concise, and thorough explanation of LAGB. Was it a LAPBAND or a Realize band?

This particular band was a LAP-BAND, but Synchrony Health surgeons routinely place both LAP-BAND and REALIZE bands. Both are safe and effective devices, and both cost the same, but there are some minor differences such that it all comes down to patient choice.
