Aaron Ringera may proverbially be described as man who fell on his own sword. He leaves the integrity centre against an almost unanimous public verdict that the man could have done a lot better in fighting corruption. And as NTVs Emmanuel Juma reports, Ringera promised to fry the corrupt only for him to end up in the frying pan.
oh I will miss the dancing by the mbig fish. I am ambosuratery nderighted he is gone.

I wish we can change the anti-corruption law to be as Ringera put it. Arrest them in the evening, prosecute them in the morning, sentence term by lunch them, shoot them by the afternoon, and bury them before sunset. Otherwise with the current faulty and ineffective law, the next team may even perform poorer than the Ringera one.

This is a good day for Kenyans. Even if this may not be the impression now, we should view the success of Parliament to eject Ringera from KACC, in the long run as the supremacy of the rule of the majority over individualisation of public policy and decision making. We should remember, it is the misguided obduracy of Samuel Kivuitu and individual decision to declare President Kibaki the winner of 2007 Presidential elections, that led to the post election violence.

To News Man:
the Ringeera exit is not worth the traffic jam yu caused Nairobi there.
Yu distract driving and even bicycle riders when you take up space on busy roads to run NTV videos!
Stop it!
Yu should get a traffic ticket for that live on on TV!

Ringera is but medium fish. The more things change, the more they remain the same.

Lol @ self-destruction... Seems like there's a palpable disconnect between what these people say/promise and what they deliver - lip service at it's best....
