I recall someone discussing the delicate balance of wit and consistency in storytelling. I'll usually reject a Peanuts cartoon if I find it stupidly cruel, but this is the first one thus far that I'm rejecting due to the opposite problem: sheer dullness.
For die-hard fans only. Everyone else, feel free to pass this one up.
(On a side note, did elementary schools really have college-sized science labs back in the day?)
So it finally happened: a special which I don't have much to talk about. What else can I say other than that there's just not much going on here? The only real highlight is when PP tries playing cops and robbers with the two animals, but that's it. Speaking of which, she and Lucy have funny voices again. PP sounds like a vulture with a sore throat, and Lucy sounds almost as young as Sally if not younger.
