VCCP Berlin's latest production for client O2. Playfully sending robots into retirement to demonstrate that O2's customer service lines (known in the telecomms industry as IVR) are now operated by people, not robots. A simple concept to allow customers to speak with people, but an experience that can be few and far between when dealing with large corporations.
O2 Customer service agents might as well be bloomin Robots! This advert is false!! I had a 30 min call to o2 today and was met by programmed responses the whole time, screw O2!
