Aviation Waltz - Chapter Four, part 1/3

On a planet called Placea, where people have sky-colored hair and perfect immune systems, aviation is illegal. A young dancer becomes friends with an engineering boy so they can build a vehicle to impress her father. Though it seems out of their reach, the two of them dream of building a plane.

In this part, the Rotcod brothers look over the finances and Zizi confronts Scilla about what happened the night before.
