A human being is a flawed one at best. He lies, he steals, he murders, he thinks evil upon his fellow man and woman, he cheats, he lusts after a married woman, he thinks the vilest thoughts, and speaks the vilest things and at the end of the day thinks he's a good person!:) He hates truth because truth convicts. Instead he believes big lies and repeatedly feeds his mind lies and professes to be wise when he is actually a fool. All he can do is attack the truth cuz it reveals his true nature

@Strefanasha I doubt anyone worships Ravi. But nothing wrong with admiring a great philosopher and apologist. Maybe you are talking about worshipers such as Olsteen has. Maybe provide a Scripture to see where your going about homosexuality.

when we are unbelievers we chased after rock stars.

now that we are christians we chase after preachers and apologists.

at the end of the day they will do you no good.

zacharias has shown himself a legalist as regards homosexuality (ie forced repression rather than repentance as a gift of grace in relationship with the Spirit) so he shoots himself in the foot as regards practical christian living.

so he has nothing to offer, and you still want to chase after him?

@dougmoerhoffman The claim that he is everywhere is not in the bible, its made up by apologists to avoid testing and scientific scrutiny. You hear, "he is inside all of us" or " he is love" or "he is energy" or "he is outside space and time"

The god of the bible was none of these things. These meanings are nothing but vague terms used to obscure the term god to keep it impossible to pin down and debunk.

How much more bull can apologists come up with.

You can make stuff up all day long, but its not proof, its an excuse for the failings of your biblical texts.

google chûgh which is the Hebrew word used in the bible. You will find it denotes a flat circle as draw by a compass. Dur was a better word, which can mean ball.(isaiah 22.18)

@humanstill Wrong. A circle is a flat disk. The hebrew world does not denote sphere or any 3D object. A circle is a sphere if a square is a cube. A frisbee or a plate is a sphere then. The four corners of the earth, the tower of babel, the division between east and west, all these show references to a flat earth. And man had already worked out that the earth was a sphere centuries before Jesus via observation and maths.

There are many logical reasons to dispute the theistic first cause argument. theists KNOW that claiming their god ALWAYS exits is unproveable.

Occams Razor supports the atheistic viewpoint. If ANYTHING has to be considered uncreated, it would be energy itself.
