Actually Tyler, they hired the Muira from the factory for a week. It came on "trade plates".
The registration number was BO 296.
As you rightly said the one thrown over the ravine was a scrap one, without an engine or gearbox.
I have stood in the exact spot where this happened, there are still gouge marks in the tarmac made by the blades on the CAT digger.
