Upper Iowa River canoe trip

I found some photos from July 4, 2006 when we took a weekend vacation to Chimmney Rock Campground and canoed the second fastest river in Iowa. Mac, Jolynn, Jenny, Leah, Jason, Lisa, my other half, Mary and myself are all pictured here and had a terrific Independence Day weekend. Thanks for watching!

The Yellow River, which is also in Northeast Iowa.

I could have made a full length movie if I had recorded my 'little' excursion the night before we floated. Nice movie... good memories. We gotta do that again sometime

Heck yes! Next time maybe bring a spare tire or two? The trip there sucked, but ended up being a pretty fun weekend. I'd love to go again, and again, and again.......

Thank you. Hopefully this summer I will be able to make another video similar to this one, only on the Little Sioux River in Spencer. Not quite as scenic, but always fun canoe trips.
