  • hello! great video coach! can you suggest me i have had 3 time ACL surgery. 3years ago 2times and 7month ago the last one hope that was the last one.. can you say what is a good speed training for gym and for running and any ball controll drills.. i got enough power on my leg muscles. now i want just speed and quickness . thanks again coach!!

  • @BJK93HIK Hey! Sorry about the ACL injuries. I've had my left ACL replaced so I know all about knee rehab! To avoid future ACL injuries make sure you strengthen your quad muscles over your knees with leg extensions and by riding a stationary bike twice per week.   • I'm 17 am I got good speed and dribbling and crossing skills, but i'd like to get a better harder shot and better footwork. any tips?

  • @geckoisgiko Hey there! Try jumping rope for your foot speed and foot work. Plyometric jump training is one of my favorite ways to increase shot power. Check out the plyometric jump training page at HASfit .com (it's free) . Keep up the hard work!

  • Hey, l am 17 years old and have really good ball control and l dribling good and stuff but l really want to get bether ballance and strengh, you know. if some whan is tackling from the side witch shoulder then l want to stay on my feet and not lose the balance and not lose ball-control. do you have something what l can do to be bether at that? Nice videos btw :)

  • @MrSupermanrocks This workout isn't designed to get you ripped. It's designed to give you the strength needed to perform well on the field. Being ripped doesn't mean you can perform. Remember, there are a lot of ripped guys that are terrible at soccer!

  • @sharplikeaknife heavy weights will slow you down on the pitch because they gain too much muscle which makes you heavyer

  • @kayad89 lol the fact youre short and maybe fast doesnt mean you will be a good player. and workout is good only for getting faster and stronger, if you want to play good you need 1. talent or 2. skill.
