Oysters have been cultivated in West Mersea for hundreds of years. Filmed in 2007 for WWF, this short film joins three oystermen as they venture out to the waters and mud flats of the river Blackwater to catch and cultivate oysters. Filmed by Pete Emery. Directed and produced by Richard Wilson. richierichproductions.com
